UNA TARDA CALUROSA

Ahir va ser un diumenge molt calurós.

Preparar aquests llins de colors tan suaus

va ser relaxant.

Potser perquè em fan pensar en coses fresques i netes.

Vaig a fer una cosa molt senzilla però

us faré esperar uns dies per veure què tinc en ment...

Ayer fue un domingo muy caluroso.

Preparar estos linos en colores tan suaves

fue relajante.

Quizás porque me hacen pensar en cosas frescas y limpias.

Voy a hacer algo muy fácil pero

os haré esperar unos días para ver qué tengo en mente...

Yesterday was a very hot Sunday.

Preparing these linens in such smooth colors 

was relaxing.

Maybe because they remind me of fresh and clean things.

I am going to make something very easy but

I will have you waiting a few days to see what is on my mind...

Com havia de passar per Irlanda sense comprar llanes?!

Impossible!

No és que vagi venir carregada,

però alguna cosa vaig portar...

I tot i que ja fa calor per treballar-les

no me n'he pogut estar de fer alguna cosa,

un gorro pel proper hivern.

Com és normal ja te propietària.

Cómo podía pasar por Irlanda sin comprar lanas?!

Imposible!

No es que volviera cargada,

pero alguna cosa me traje...

Y aunque ya hace calor para tarbajarlas

no he podido evitar hacer alguna cosa,

un gorro para el próximo invierno.

Como es normal ya tiene propietaria.

How could I go to Ireland without buying wool?!
Impossible!
I didn't take much, 
but i did bring some stuff...
And even though it's too hot to work with them
I couldn't resist doing something, 
a beanie for next winter.
As usual it already has an owner.

LA ISLA ESMERALDA

Res com un passeig per Irlanda

per sentir-se una mica "verd".

El seus meravellosos, bells y agrests paisatges,

l'amabilitat de les seves gents, el bon menjar,

el fantàstic pa de soda y una cervesa...

mmmmm el paradís!

Sense oblidar que m'encanta el seu clima,

l'olor a terra fèrtil, humida, a pastures...

En fi, us deixo unes fotos.

Nada como un paseo por Irlanda 

para sentirse un poco "verde".

Sus maravillosos, bellos y agrestes paisajes,

la amabilidad de sus gentes, la buena comida,

el fantástico pan de soda y una cerveza...

mmmmm el paraíso!

Sin olvidar que me encanta su clima,

ese olor a tierra fértil, húmeda, a pastos...

the kindness of its people, the good food,
the fantastic soda bread and a beer...
mmmmm paradise!
